Management
Each student completes a summer internship (8–10 weeks) with a reputed company, gaining hands-on experience and professional exposure. Many of these internships translate into full-time job offers.
The Placement Cell acts as the strategic bridge between students and industry. It coordinates training sessions, recruiter engagement, alumni outreach, and interview logistics — ensuring every student is industry-ready and opportunity-ready.

All students admitted shall be allowed to participate in campus placements (both summer and final placements) provided they complete all academic requirements, comply with the placement policy as shared by the institute and submit a written consent. Individual recruiters may specify their own eligibility criteria.
PIGM is committed to providing ample placement opportunities to all students. However, securing a job depends on individual student performance, recruiter requirements, and market conditions.

The median salary at PIGM is competitive with many well-established management institutes and is aligned with the overall investment made by students during the program.
Placement engagement happens year-round. Structured placement drives typically begin towards the end of Semester 3, with peak recruitment activity during Semester 4 (January to April).
Yes. The Summer Internship Project (SIP) is a mandatory component of the PGDM curriculum. Students may also pursue self-arranged internships subject to institute approval and SIP norms, with faculty mentorship provided throughout.
