Prof. Vaibhav Chawla
He holds a FPM (PhD) from IIM Kozhikode

He has over a decade experience in academia across IFMR GSB and IIT Chennai. His areas of specialization are customer service, product returns, service recovery amongst others.

Mr. Nitin Agrawal
He holds a BTech and MTech from IIT Mumbai, MS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and PhD from North Carolina State University

He has over three decades of experience in industry and academia. He has worked with SAS Institute, IIM Indore, and Impetus. He is the founder of Xalt Analytics. His specialties are supply chain and business analytics.

Mr. Arvind Pandey
Tata Com, B.Tech, EEE BITS Pilani, Fellowship- University of Stuttgart

He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani 1983 batch EEE & has a rich experience of 40 years. At present he is associated with Tata Telecommunications. In the past he has worked with Vodafone, Idea (ABG), Airtel, Siemens, Motorola, CDoT. He has experience of working both in India & overseas and is a veteran in Telecom & Digital Transformation.

Prof. Amar Nayak
He is a distinguished Professor in Strategy at XIM Bhuvneshwar and Chairperson, Centre for All Interacting Evolving Systems Science.

He has been NABARD Chair Professor. He holds a B.E (NIT Rourkela), MBA (IIM B), PhD (IIT Kharagpur), Post Doc (Kobe Univ Japan). With a prolific publication record, Prof. Nayak has authored seven books, ten monographs, and over 100 research articles, cases, academic proceedings, and reports

Prof. Sudhir Pradhan
He holds a BE from DCE, and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore

He has over three decades experience in industry. He has worked with PepsiCo, Whirlpool, Godrej, Vodafone, Tata Group amongst others. His areas of specialization are sales and marketing in retail, and telecom. He has nearly two decades of senior management experience.
