He holds a BE from Delhi College of Engineering and a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Bangalore.
He has over three decades of experience in Industry across Telecom, FMCG, Durables & Automobiles. He has worked with PepsiCo, Vodafone Idea (Aditya Birla Group), Whirlpool, Godrej & Tata Motors. He has nearly two decades of Senior management experience as COO/Business Head.
He is Director and Professor of Practice at PIGM, with expertise in Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Merger & Acquisitions, Start-up
She holds an FPM (PhD) from IIFM Bhopal, MBA from UPTU, and BSc from Lucknow University.
She is currently the PGDM Chairperson at PIGM. Prior to PIGM she was on the faculty of JLU. Bhopal. She has close to a decade of experience. Her areas of specialization are Strategy and Entrepreneurship. She has presented her research in reputed national and international conferences. Some of her research has been published in reputed international journals
She holds a PhD in Management from DAVV Indore, EPGDHRM from TISS, Mumbai.
She is currently a faculty at PIGM in the area of OB and HR. She has over a decade of teaching experience. Her areas of specialization are Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Training and Development. She is also a soft skills trainer and researcher. Her research interests are in the areas of Managerial Effectiveness, ADSS, psychological well-being and Organizational Climate

Her published research are in the areas of FDI in retail sector, FDI in service sector, consumer Buying behaviour, and conflict management
